Our goal was to create a B2B brand and platform that could replace all existing market-based variations, standardizing how Heineken customers make their orders. We aimed to provide a fresh, best-in-class approach and experience.
We transitioned from a market-based approach to a global solution. As a result, we created a comprehensive design system for Eazle from scratch, including design principles and a modular approach, including foundational elements, atoms, components, and flexible templates. We constantly tested complete journeys to support our decisions and provided extensive documentation.
I was invited by Code d'azur agency to collaborate on this new opportunity. As Design Lead, my responsibilities included developing the new brand and its design language. From strategy to vision pieces. From managing different markets’ needs to defining foundational rules and guidelines. I acted as a bridge between client and agency and between brand and product development. My role included managing and supporting internal and external design teams and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
